Production usually shuts down in mid-January before the Spring Festival, with the exact date announced annually. We generally resume production around the 10th day of the first lunar month. Orders can be placed as usual during the holiday and will be prioritized for production after resumption.

We attend industry-related exhibitions every year (plastic, toy, board game, lighting, etc.). Specific exhibition cities and dates can be inquired in advance, and we welcome customers to meet and discuss with us at the shows.
Yes. We provide delivery service to customers’ factories or warehouses. Full truckload transportation is available for large equipment, while small items and accessories can be shipped by express or logistics. Freight cost and shipping method are negotiable.
Preliminary solutions for standard products can be provided within 1–3 working days. For customized or new mold products, structural evaluation, drawing confirmation and sampling plan take 5–7 working days.

Mold: 50% deposit within 3 working days after contract signing to start mold making; 50% balance within 3 working days after successful trial and customer confirmation, then mold delivery or mass production arrangement.
Production order: 30% deposit within 3 working days after order confirmation for material preparation and production scheduling; 70% balance before shipment after production and inspection.
For long-term partners, payment terms are negotiable: 30% deposit + 70% against copy of bill of lading, or monthly settlement (subject to written agreement).
